  5. I used to play volleyball years ago and wasn’t bad either although I did really enjoy sports. I could have done with this guide then I’m sure it would have improved my spiking!

    1. Hi Marie Cris Angeles, thanks for your comment. I agree that spiking can be challenging to get started. What your sister can do is to first practice every step of spiking slowly and less forcefully. Once her body gets accustomed to it, then she can increase the intencity. Hope this helps!
