  8. Rest and Recovery does matter and that’s the part the teens seem to want to skip. It’s up to us to give them that extra push to make sure they’re not pushing themselves to get better too soon when something does go awry.

  15. When our son played high school basketball, his coach always tried to drive home the point that hydration and good food were so important. He said that was more important than anything else for safety.
